Training Partners

I train with my GF and with one friend of mine (he competes).

I can get a lot more out of myself when I have a training partner. No skipping of leg days anymore!

I not had a training partner for a long time, I workout crazy hours any where from 11p-1am, but I liked having a reliable partner, I just always preferred to workout with someone that was a little stronger than me.

Great minds think alike, it's nice to be surrended by stronger people. In my gym there is so many competitive bb'ers and powerlifters that it's almost impossible to not progress - so much trenbolone floating around.

I had a great training partner that really push me . I lost him about 6 months ago do too our work schedules changed.I had another dude try being my training partner but he takes too many days off and is always late.I train alone most days now.

I've mostly trained alone since I started so I'm used to it. So I'd actually prefer training alone to better focus on what's best for me at that time.

Damn i have went through many of guys it just doesn't work.
But training at the same gym for 20 years there are more than enough people to lend a helpful hand.
Now i started i did have a old football coach who was into powerlifting help me .
I still thank him for helping me in the beginning .

People ask me to train with them all the time and I have said no for the past 5 years, but recently a girl talked me into it and she kicks my ass. I'm working so much harder. She forces me to use perfect form. She got 3rd in the nationals for women's physique. I'm going to help her turn pro this year. It is definitely a great experience. We killed chest for two hours last night. When I took my short off my chest never looked so full and wide. Did around 40 sets and lots of drop sets plus super setted with some back.

Ain't it crazy how it works sometimes
