I really wish Phil would’ve written an in depth book in his diet and training philosophies and ideas.Well that looks very familiar.........

Yes, me too. Too bad he went off the rails a bit.I really wish Phil would’ve written an in depth book in his diet and training philosophies and ideas.
I agree. I still look back at stuff Phil posted a lot.Yes, me too. Too bad he went off the rails a bit.
There wasn't really anything in-depth to write about... That was the beauty of it all. I paid him multiple times in the earlier years before things got a little too crazy for me.I really wish Phil would’ve written an in depth book in his diet and training philosophies and ideas.
I get it and I actually worked with Phil it was crazy cheap like $500 for a year from what I remember. I still think he probably had a lot more to offer than just a pamphlet. He thought outside of the box. There wasn't really anything in-depth to write about... That was the beauty of it all. You never got his training/eating philosophy if you needed a book
Turn your body into a calorie processing machine w specific macros that work for you, usually 50-30-20 and adjust from there. Eat when hungry, which became very often once you were in-tune and running in all cylinders. Heavy, high frequency, relatively low volume training in multiple rep ranges (yes, there were some things he did different but it was very intuitive).
Maybe a pamphlet or brochure but no book needed w old Phil
His emails used to frustrate the shit out of me till I realized what we were trying to accomplish.

Even if it didn’t have anything new or it was repetitive or redundant or even 3 pages I’d still buy it. I pretty much buy anything diet and training related by people that I like. I’ve got stuff I knew I’d never use just to read it.There wasn't really anything in-depth to write about... That was the beauty of it all.
