Of course you can. You can also workout every day with no days of rest (I did this my first few months of working out). Might not be a good idea though.
Have you tried it? Can you get continually stronger doing so? Perhaps maybe do a set to near failure, a quick pump set or two? It all depends. Also keep in mind your traps are getting stimulation through shoulder and back work.

lol bro your question was too vague. Ive personally never worked them more than 1x a week with great results, but if that doesnt work for you them try hitting them 2x/3x a week

once a week 4 sets of 15 reps with only 315 has made a huge difference for me. i don't like too heavy....i'm just heftin weight and not feeling it quite right.
