Traps

Of course you can. You can also workout every day with no days of rest (I did this my first few months of working out). Might not be a good idea though.

Have you tried it? Can you get continually stronger doing so? Perhaps maybe do a set to near failure, a quick pump set or two? It all depends. Also keep in mind your traps are getting stimulation through shoulder and back work.

i dont think you should give advice cause it sucks
first of all any body that works every day with no days off is an idiot like your self. your muscle need rest so they can GROW

lol bro your question was too vague. Ive personally never worked them more than 1x a week with great results, but if that doesnt work for you them try hitting them 2x/3x a week

i hit them 3x a wk like this on these days
Mon, Wens, Fri
 
I think your traps get worked directly or indirectly with almost every movement, even if just to stabilize.
 
Start putting a lot more weight on them if they don't seem to be responding. But I would say a max of 2x per week. If they are not used up your doing something wrong. Most likely not enough weight.

Put in on em' , I struggled with mine for awhile until I stopped trying to "muscle mind" everything.

I have gotten to where I'm rotating really heavy with lower reps and my normal 10-15 reps on everything every second week I do everything heavy. Strength is going up and growth has started again.
 
have you ever stopped to think that maybe your just overtraining them?i have never grasped the logic of "i train them three times a week and they still arn'te grow so i'm gonna go for more" the gym is your stimulus for growth, and anything can be overstimulated and fail. way better to dial back, analize form and your workout, then start building up from there. once you get it you'll realize how little it really takes to make them grow when done right
 
for me

once a week 4 sets of 15 reps with only 315 has made a huge difference for me. i don't like too heavy....i'm just heftin weight and not feeling it quite right.
 
I do them once a week, 1 warm up 225 then 3 sets of 10 455lbs. Generally I do it on thurs or Fri and it keeps them popped all weekend. :D
