It's a pity more of his stuff wasn't on film.

There was a period in the 90s when he and Ian Harrison were training full bore and the workouts looked brutal.
He also trained with mat duval

I really liked Trevor. I supported him as much as I could with anything he done.
He loved this sport and made great contributions to our community. I too wish more of this was on film.

Ian Harrison

Yeah massive as I say I remember I think he used to put the training info on anabolic extreme (might be wrong ) when he and Ian Harrison were training together and Harrison was looking at making a comeback.

He was using lots of machines that they butchered to be able to hold the kind of weight they were using.

If memory serves me lots of pre exhaust stuff, beyond failure and heavy duty style.

I was always a fan of Ian Harrison because of his style of training as much as his physique

I got a chance totrain at Ians gym in bradenton while visiting a friend. He didn't have a bench press as he said he wasn't a fan of the bench press.

Trevor was certainly massive but as far as bodybuilding genetics he wasn't cut out for it.

I remember he had a fat burner with like 10 ingredients if I remember as well as a site oil with PH's in it, I like that

I always like reading his site, too bad it is gone. RIP

I like the Zero Momentum Reps on the Leg Extensions. I never had seen them done before. Tried them with my client earlier. Two sets and her quads were toasted!
