Wow,should be interesting show,but i think Sean-allen will take this one also(if he comes in the same condition he did from the atlantic-states)-but my buddy who is doing that show(a heavyweight,Mike-liberatore)-saw him last night-his condition is sick!!!!! at 225lbs.(he put on 10-12lbs. since the north-americans he did last year...took 3rd.)-he should do realy well on this one(im willing to bet top 3).

If he had to lose 90 lbs to do a show thats means he had 60 lbs of FAT on him that there was NO NEED to have. No way you should EVER go 30-40 lbs over you contest weight. I would almost lean toward 25 lbs...no more....

No excuse for the gyno, but he looks pretty sharp otherwise. Still has a very weak back though.

the only pose that looks strange is the front double bicep. the others he looks great. and he wil probably tighten up more before the show starts. anyway you slice it.....he looks great!!!and how fast he got in shape is friggin amazing. jeff long looked pretty good 12 days out but we will have to wait and see.
