Wassup PM.
Looking for a little input from some of the vets. Have been using gear almost 4 years now, started when I began racing elite(off-road triathlon). Ht 5'10" wt 147 bf 5% annual training hours 800-1000, diet clean(well clean enough)
Three weeks into an Eq200/week Test E 125/week cycle and have been experiencing terrible right calf muscle spasms and pulls. I know there are some other endurance athletes on the board and experience with this??? Have not been doing anything training wise that is over my head...that I can think of anyway . Timed this cycle for the end of the season just for this reason, been tough on the training:action-s:.
Was thinking maybe my h2o intake or Ca++ or K, I don't freaking know.::evil-smi. Did a bit of lurking before posting, some great reads on this board. Peace out.
