Add chains to the barbell, I added 25lbs to my bench and an inch+ to my lagging arms in the past 2 months and the only thing I switched was adding floor presses into my workout. After 4 workouts, I added chains for the past three. Today I did:
Medium Grip Floor Press
225+50lb chainsx5
250+50lb chainsx5
275+50lb chainsx5
315+50lb chainsx2
and my arms aren't even squeezing into my shirt for tonight ....
than again it is size: Extra Medium
