Troubles with Vitacost

I have been purchasing various health supplements from Vitacost over the last year. Up until recently, they have not been shipping orders or notifying me when they are out of somethings. Has anyone else had problems with this company?

Any good companies you guys might recommend? I know Puritan Pride is good to go.

I've been ordering from them for years too. My last order was short four pieces, Never had that problem in the past but I called and they fixed it no questions asked.

I've ordered from them a few times this past year and everything has arrived complete. However, I contacted them in regards to a very good Jack3d special they had running a while back and their customer service is absolutely worthless. Kinzy I think her name was, didn't know WTF she was doing. She responded in regards to something completely different then what I inquired about approximately two weeks later. When I finally straightened out the misunderstanding she couldn't tell me conclusively wether or not the sale was still going.

What about Swanson? They're fairly cheap and well known. They've also started incorporating some of the higher grades (purities) into their product line.

I'm glad that I opened this thread, I just received a mailer from Vitacost.

They used to be good, but lately they have given horrible customer service. I'm going to go with someone else.

I order all my odd supplements from vitacost. I like the nsi brand. Never had an issue but I haven't ordered in months.

I use DPSnutrition for everything else I could ever need. Always cheap and ship the same day you order. I have never waited more than 3-4 day for my stuff. Very nice customer service if you have an issue.

I never have had a problem with them, I order about 10-12 times a year...mainly natural healthy snacks and bars...the last order was free shipping over $50 and I ordered a huge box and it was here in 3 days...

DPS nutrition and BB.com are both excellent. BB.com has the best customer service of any company I've used.

+1, but they are expensive as hell compared to most others i use though.
