Does anyone make there combo that included dextrose or some form of sugar for post workout? If so which protein do you use to mix with it?
I would recommend using their KarboLoad combined with peptopro, essential amino acids or Bcaa plus.
piece it out until I hopefully have my intra-workout product out from them after some trial runs

Looking at potentially a cyclic dextrin carbohydrate base -- (25g per scoop)
10g essential amino acids
.75g creatine HCL
2g glutamine
electrolyte blend
Something short, sweet and not over complicated.

There is just to many post or intra or ore stuff out there. What happened to just protein before workout and protein after workout.. Lol
