Hey all,
Im just curious from personal experience what the best kind of cardio is when you're taking AAS. I realize that you lose a higher percentage of fat from low intensity cardio but it takes a way longer duration then doing moderate to high intensity for shorter periods of time. Also I read a study that the best fat burning zone is 63% VO2 Max which for me calculates out to me 146 bpm, but everyone is different because it takes into consideration your resting heart rate, age, etc. I was 7point calipered to be at 4.59 percent body fat the other week, but I dont believe it. I think im around 6.5-7.5% bodyfat. I always have the hardest time getting the last bit of bodyfat off because I know my body wants to hold onto it so much. Basically what has worked for you PM guys, to get from the ~7% down to 4-5%. My cardio and diet are spot on. I do 30 min of cardio in the morning, and I lift in the afternoon. So per week, I do about 8-9 30 min cardio sessions and workout 4-5 times/wk.
