UFC Matt Serra's right bicep

has anybody ever noticed this? from the first time i remember seeing him i was thinking what is wrong with it. it starts almost half way up his arm, as in the lower portion of his arm there is no bicep muscle. ill try to find better pics but here is 3 that show what im talking about. is this a genetic condition?

Yea I noticed that tear. Pretty gnarly.

I wouldnt say it was a result of a nasty arm bar, ive seen peoples arms snap from them but it doesnt seem to do much with the bicep. I have had my elbow hyperextended from a arm bar but nothing happened to my bicep..
