I have trained for 27 years and competed for 20 and turned 40 this year. The DVD really has nothing to do with contest prep and is more about how to train smart for "Longevity" in the sport whether competing or not. I am detailing my training and diet and how I have trained to remain as injury free as possible for so many years and how I have trained around and through some injuries that couldn't be avoided. I will also cover Skiploading as it pertains to getting leaner while using this method weekly for dieting. I will also have some fun, casual stuff with the family, friends, etc..
