Since my thread about this has now been locked, I had to start this new one to put up an update. As Alin asked, I e-mailed him back with my info. I was then e-mailed back saying the same thing, 'sorry, won't resend without a seizure letter'. Then something even stranger occurred, I was told that he had resent packages to me in the past without seizure letters & wouldn't do it anymore. Now this is impossible, as I have never had any packages not arrive or get seized EVER, & the longest any package has taken to arrive was 3 weeks. I don't know if their data base is confusing me with someone else or if they're having problems in their shipping dept, but this is just really odd behavior. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere for my postcards. I had a wonderful bunch of years with Alin & his service used to be great, but I just can't get past being treated this way after being a customer for years & always supporting him on the BB msg boards. It's really disrespectful & bad customer relations. I'm very sad!!!
