Im wondering if or how many guys have used LBA's a suplemental or main protein source leading in the final days of a show??
They seem to keep me pretty full in the off season even while in a keto diet so i was wondering if theur would be benifical to add into the final week of contest prep to keep from depleting the muscle to much or would it cause an issue with drying out and carbing up??
Seems like it would be alot easier on the gut if half your protein was comming from a small amount of liquid when your trying to drink a shit load of water anyway , once i get to 2 gallns a day my appatite take a nose dive and while im starving i cant stomach the volume of food
