Hey all, got a couple questions about waist / gut size. I know the GH / roid gut issue has probably been beat to death, so I wont bother asking about how to reverse that lol. But, I've heard from time to time that doing deadlifts can widen your midsection, and that this is why bodybuilders don't frequently do them. I started out with competitive raw powerlifting for years, but then ended up bulging my L5-S1, so I can only do sumo deadlifts now. Anyways, my interests have leaned towards bodybuilding. Should I cut them out to reduce my waist size? Also, anything else I can do to minimize waist size during my next cut? Thanks in advance.
