Wanted to let yall know. . .

I have been at the ICU since last Fri night when i got the news a close personal friend ,Eva, stopped breathing and slipped into a coma. I dropped everything, left work and went to stay by her side. She has since woke up, is breathing on her own, and will recover. Thank God. But i tell ya I was soooooo scared b/c I didnt want to have to go to a funeral. Exp not hers.

I will back tommorrow in full swing since she is being released today. I saw her again last night and shes eating, talking, smiling, and being Eva. Which is a very caring person who always thinks of others before herself.

I will be making the decision for the winners of both the womens and mens contests soon and will run another one in the near future. Thanks for being understanding everyone.

Very sorry to hear about what you and your friend have been going through but , I am so glad to hear that she will be OK [ that is awesome ]......Sounds like you both have alot to be greatful for this X-mass ........a speedy recovery to your friend , Merry X-mass , and a Happy New Year to you both .....

Thats just pray that the reason behind

her illness was something easilly managed and that she and you and your family can have a peaceful and joyous Christmas.

We all talk about how tough we are, but in reality when this stuff comes down on me I feel as powerless as a little kid.

Of course Jethro like you probably that weakness drove me to God not away from God.

We all gots to steps through deaths door for some it's the end for others just another beginning that never ends.

I have believed both ways so it is not that I don't appreciate where anybody is coming from.

I had a father that was always saying "heaven is what you create on earth for others" It was well meaning but impossible for the man who struggled against forces within like every other human being.

Anyhow it sounds like it is one of those crossroads in life for you all and a recognition of how fragile our mortal life is.

Take some time, slow down, listen more, feel more, love more, give more, because who knows, tomorrow we die!
