How much water does everyone drink . I tried drinking to thirst but I feel flat and dehydrated then I tried too drink a gallon a day minimum and I pee all day which is ok if it’s healthy too do that . I read that dehydration can raise blood pressure and recently read over hydration can too .
 
Waterintake roughly 3,5litre going up to 4,5litre around summertime.

Fluidintake (half skimmed milk atm and coke zero) is a bit higher tho. Combined with waterintake I reckon 4,3litre a day when it isn't summer
 
I largely go by thirst these days but if I had to guess I think I'm around 4l of fluids/day.

I used to drink 10-12l of water each day thinking it was somehow needed. It wasn't obviously. And having to piss all day long is not nice either. Besides, you can put yourself in danger by acutely overdrinking as you already mentioned.
 
I drink around 1.25 gallons of water a day Monday through Friday. I know this because I have a 40oz. bottle I drink from all day and another 40oz. bottle I take to the gym. I've never aimed to get a certain amount in, this is just where I end up from drinking when thirsty.
 
Consistency is key

Total fluids for me is probably 1.5 gallons.

I like to drink an x amount of liters by certain times (like 1 liter within an hour of waking).

Body is so used to it, that I can tell when I haven't had enough water.
 
If you drink alot of water, You need to Add sea Salt(Himalayan) to all yours meals.
