Okay I have not been in the game that long at all, but have several friends who have lived in the gym since I have known them, and not one of them has ever heard of the waximaize.

I was reading a different thread last week and noticed a lot of people saying they are using it, so based on this I ordered some in and got it today. Whats this stuff going to make me feel like, and what sort of doseages does everyone recomend.

I tried a thread search on this stuff, but nothing was really dedicated to it. Do I have good reason to be excited about trying it out?

Should I be close to the bathroom when I start the waxy? Any preloading? How long before I start noticing differences with it, etc etc?
 
Waxy is a high molecular weight carb which causes it to be sent through the stomach and into the small intestine. The small intestine is where most carb metabolism occurs and due to the fact that the W.M. gets to the small intestine soooo quickly it is great to use post workout for glycogen restoration. Obviously the main priority post is to get the body out of a catabolic state and the faster that glycogen is restored the faster recovery can begin. The one thing that you need to do differently with Waxy as opposed to simple sugars is you should NOT drink your protein shake at the same time because that will spike blood sugar levels and not allow the waxy to get into the small intestine as soon as it needs to in order to start your recovery process. Take your waxy with creatine and some amino's and then twenty or thirty minutes later take your whey. Hope that helps.
