Alot of peeps like to take it PWO immediately after training.. Then about 20 minutes later pound a whey shake.. I've used both together PWO.. The optimum brand and it made me queesy... I have no issues with malto or any other powder.. Very strange..
I did No Shotgun mixed w ascoop of regular waxy and loved it pre...then drank 1 scoop waxy during w 2 scoops of xtend and post workout was 2 scoops waxy and .5 isopure...loved the waxy but I think you have to find wgat works fo you on it.
