waxy maize servings

I forgot to order the scoops for my waxy maize. so can someone tell me the scoop size to use, I have plenty of protein scoops to choose from. also how much bcaa's do I take with it. thanks guys. oh yeah my waxy got here in 2 days. big ups to Truprotein...

one 70cc scoop is equal to 1/3 of a cup which equals 38-41 grams of wm.

i usually take 10 grams bcaa's with it and i've really noticed a difference in recovery.
