I can't find the site I used to use.

I need a site that lists the calories in different foods.

AND I need to know the makeup of the food such as how many grams of protein, carbs and fat.

Anyone know of a good site like that?

Thanks

Here's the BEST site I've found http://www.nutri-facts.com/ . Easiest way to use is just select a food group.

This was also posted in the articles forum by mojo.

http://www.fitday.com/ is a good one too and it is free as well... you register and then you can keep a journal of your food intake as well as add your own foods from the nutrition label. You can also do weight and such every week or so ... pretty nifty sight.
