well i should probably post every 2 weeks but there is progress. i am definately more muscular, slightly leaner, more muscle is gained that fat is lost, i think my metabolism had slowed down much after being at 100-150g carbs for 5 weeks straight without a cheat day or eating out of the ordinary so i did it tonight purposely, i really didn't want to but felt i had to. i think my body got used to it and i stopped burning fat. i tested my BF yesterday and I'm at 14.6% on calipers (right bicep). im sure i am more, but i was 145 at 17.1% at a lean weight of 120.00 on jan 13, and 8 months later (i took about 4 months off training) and i am about 152 at 14.6% with a lean weight of 130.00 so i still have 20 pounds of fat to lose. i am about 5'6".
