Weird HCG Question

So a buddy of mine calls me today and tells me this: "The HCG (pregnyl) that I got from Alin has now turned back into powder. It came already mixed as a liquid, but I refrigerated it for a couple weeks cause I didn't need it, and now all of the Bacteriostatic water is gone and its a powder. What should I do?"

What should I tell him?

That's not a very good seal on that vial. I would not think to put it back into solution and inject it into my body.

Dude I got HCG from Alin before and it DID not come premixed.
I have never even seen a premixed HCG before.

But honestly guys, I saw the shit when he got it...it was one amp of Pregnyl already mixed. He would have to break the glass top in order to open the amp. It was not a vial.

With the Pregnyl you actually get 2 amps one is the solvent used for reconstitution, the other is the powder hcg.

Pregnyl does not come pre-mixed; obviously the un-opened amp you have is the powder; now you just need to find out what you did with the water amp.

Lol, Well my buddy swears that it came mixed, and I saw a solution that said "Pregnyl" on the bottle when it came, but that may have been just the water. It is certainly possible that he had misplaced the powder, and now just found it again in the fridge!! Cause I've never heard of Water turning back into powder lol.
