I am going to just start lifting 2x per day. Once in the morning before my first meal and then in the evening. I'll try this for a month 2 days on one off.
If I start getting fat, I guess I'll have to start doing cardio again. My leg is healed up pretty well and I want to put some muscle back on my legs. I don't think I am going to put on much muscle doing cardio, so I'll get after it for a while and see how things go.
This morning I did 8 sets of twenty reps on leg presses and 8 sets of stiff legged deadlifts. Tonight I'll do biceps and abs.
I'll keep eating clean and see what happens.
