Ok so I got 4 weeks left until my new cycle and Im in the middle of cutting down/priming for it. The last couple days I have been tired as hell. I have been nailing the cardio and hitting my 3 full body sessions hard. Saturday I started feeling really flat- couldnt enev get a pump in the gym. I went and got my sleeve worked on and my tattoo artist(whom has been inking me for almost 7 years now) asks me if Ive been taking it easy in the gym cuz I looked smaller.
So yesturday is my planned cheat day(every 14 days with a high carb every 5th day) Im watching the Pats-jets game with my family and after 11 hours of sleep I pass out during half time.. My dad gets all pissy telling me Im taking it to far..
_side note- My dad was a marine and always chews me out - not really into my training, my mother on the otherhand used to compete in local fitness shows and would always place high in the fitness model competion. after 3 kids she looked amazing- she would take me to the gym with her where she trained ( THE JUNGLE GYM) and I would hang out with all the body builders (this was the late 80's early 90's ) So my mom is to blame for all this __
Anyway a shit ton of us go over to Longhorns for dinner- I stop off at a mini mart and slam a sugarfree redbull down to stay awake.
DINNER TIME , I order last....my dad calls me a pig.
Here was my dinner
2 sweet potatoes
side of asparagus
18oz prime rid
half rack of ribs
mixed salad
loaf of bread
and washed it down with 25 oz of miller light
desert was cookie dough cheesecake(first desert Ive had in years, I really dont have a sweet tooth but that picture on the table of the cheesecake was calling my name)
I ate it all without a struggle and damn it was good..
I went in the bathroom before I left and looked in the mirror ..it looked like someone inflated me..
woke up this morning and can still see my top 4 abs and my vascularity and still good , im not sore anymore and ready to hit the gym...as soon as I shit for the 3rd time this morning...
anyway sorry for the long post I just always eat SO clean this is really this first cheat meal like this for me in a couple years I usually just make some homeade chicken parm=
6 oz broiled chicken
1 can of diced tomatoes 2/ basil and onions+ peppers
4 oz of whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup of fat free mozz cheese
this is my fav cheat meal...
or some homemade fajitas
