Nandrolone has varied between 150-200mg per week

Anavar has varied between 15-25mg…I am adamant on only taking orals on training days where I lift. My doctor knows this and may base my dose on that

Thanks. That's nice your doctor listens to you and works with you.

What's your usual TRT dose? Seems like they understand your needs and goals.

What would be the justification for a DOC or these clinics to give anything but Testosterone for TRT? like if someone is scared of needles they get anavar?

Usually they will get clomid to try and raise natural testosterone

I have never been below 180mg a week of prescribed testosterone.

I have been up to 350mg prescribed testosterone and 600 HCG 3x a week.

I have TBI and my adrenal system is fucked so I needed a much higher dose at first until I normalized.

Goddamn! Mines not nearly that expensive! Lol

I just pay for my blood work..so, roughly $230 every 9 months..then just prescription cost. Then they mail me all my shit.

I get a discount now too..10ml of test e 200mg/ml is $52..
Are you getting a script for HGH or just TRT?

Non profit pays for everyone’s stuff.

I did the MeRT therapy daily for a month, helped substantially.

NiCOE was also a fantastic experience.

Johns Hopkins has a great program as well that started up about two years ago; they take private insurance and there is no wait like w/ NiCOE.

I have a lot of friends that went to NiCOE but I am adamant about staying away due to the current political climate.

I have been offered MeRT at TIRR in Houston, but man..I just feel like it would fuck my current career with this political climate too.

This red flag shit will literally drown most of us if it ever happens and I just can’t take the risk of a hard diagnosis.

What sector are you working in? I have an old squadron mate and a troop mate with harris county and then Houston SWAT. Both took medical time off to go to the VHP program just didn’t disclose they were receiving TBI therapy.

A lot of these programs put TBI therapy into a package so if guys need treatment they can get it without it sounding taboo to uneducated commands/organizations.

I highly recommend VHP (Virginia high performance) they work with several non profits to get guys through - tri weekly sessions with a speech pathologist focusing on neural pathways and then daily MeRT.

Feel free to drop me a PM; might be able to refer you to the right places. Quite literally had 3,500 documented training charges, 600 operation and 3 VBIEDS. I was losing a day at a time, leaving to run an errand and winding up somewhere completely unrelated to having massive emotional swings in half a second and they put me back together.

Thanks brother.

I will definitely reach out to you in the future. My wife is wanting me to do more for myself and in the community. She is a surgeon and doesn’t understand where I’m coming from.

Perhaps I’m being irrational

Not my place but be proactive with it - I thought everything was O.K. I left my command in 2019 and was relatively straight the first four months and had a very rapid deterioration shortly after. I continued to push it off; submitted my packed for VHP and NiCOE. These programs are beyond busy and only have so many slots so its' best to get on the list as quickly as possible. I had a three month wait for VHP and almost eight for NiCOE (so many seats are set up for various orgs and then the active/innactive break down.

Ahaha - coming from the Panos and Jeans side of the house….

Endless training budgets, guys that sincerely enjoy training all day every day, and KPIs that have to be met.

I barely got to use panos until I got home..wife got them for me for my 34th birthday…I was truly unaware of the cost of them until about a month after I got them.

Seriously, you treat shit differently when you have to pay for them lol

Anyone using the Concierge or rejuvenation clinics in Florida? If so, which ones and let's discuss the pro's/cons. I'm currently using Lifemed for my TRT but they don't prescribe GH. They push the CJC/IP combo or IGF.

I know testosterone, nandrolone, hgh, hcg, t3, t4.
What others?

How did u guys go about getting scripts? Coming off letting the numbers go low then seeing a specialist? Assuming u don't naturally need these hormones etc.

I've only recently seen lots of guys getting t3 t4 prescriptions.

Are any of these being covered from insurance?
In my country NONE.

But i can go to the pharmacy and get:
T4
Clen
Albuterol
Metformin
Telmisartan
Nolvadex
Raloxifene
Clomid
Adex
Aromasin
Bromocriptine
Cabergoline
HCG
Lantus
Log insulins

Without any script.
Some are very cheap, some super expensive (i.e. Cabergoline)
