Man this guy just kinda rambles on. Basically says bodybuilding dreams will not happen, costs time, beats up your body, takes years off your life, you'll be broke, it will cost you relationships. I wonder if anyone in his audience base actually didn't know this?
Oh and says his friend Jimmy took mgf, igf-3 and gh and wound up getting stage 4 Cancer. Then goes to the hospital to see his buddy and says you know what this is from don't you(what a dick) his friend agreed but how does he really know. Also he said your relationship will be affected cause you have to be right all the time...all while giving examples of how he was always right. Then rambles on something about when he got right with the lord.(ok buddy congrats)

Also you could apply the reasoning to not do bodybuilding to anything your passionate about maybe minus the take years off your life part. Really he doesn't say anything that wouldn't apply to members of the general population with their hobbies. He also says even at the top they're not truly happy...but who is...never being happy is what got them there.

Where would you start as a first time user in terms of dosages? I was thinking 10iu humalog pre workout?

10iu to much 6-8iu depends to you carb intake

I'm more talking about pre-workout intake, I think to start safely at 6iu you should have 100g carbs in your meal 60 minutes before training and another 40g carbs intra

By the way, on such a cycle only 550g carbs ..? I understand that you use it for cutting then
