what artificial sweetner do you use

Just wondering what you guys use a sugar substitute to sweeten your foods like oatmeal and stuff??

I had been using Splenda but hear differant things about how go it is and weather it realy works as a sugar substitute.

I use splenda but dont like it in my coffee. I still use it but its not like sugar in your coffee. Everything else its fine in.

Stevia is great. Unlike other artificial sweeteners, it is also quite alkaline. (most sweeteners are very acidic!)
