Does anyone know what body part this exercise mostly targets? It says on the website the lats but I remember my old boxing coach use to have us do these to build up the serratus. It says nowhere on the website that this exercise works the serratus. Was my boxing coach wrong? What do you guys think this exercise mostly hits?
