especially for those that are dieting, get some canned pumpkin, a little splenda and cinnamon with a scoop of vanilla protein, absoltely delicious and rather volumous. the canned pumpkin will give you about one or two grams of carbs, the rest is fiber, its my new favorite tactic for adding variety to my taste buds, it can mix well with oatmeal, ezekial cereal, etc...
Canned Pumpkin. I've heard this is really good. Sort of close to sweet potato isn't it as far as nutritional content? That's a fairly low GI food I believe.
