What Did You Have For Breakfast This Morning?

Big bowl of cereal (half shredded wheat bitesize, half rice crispy shapes - A longer acting base to keep you going with a faster acting grain to give you the kick right away)

Whey shake w/oats & olive oil

3 whole eggs - 6 egg whites scrambled
1 banana
1 cup V8 Juice
 
Breakfast of champions

6 whl. eggs 4 whts
1 cup mix veggies
2 slice of bread
1/2 fruit
supps
tabasco
green sauce

Mmmmmm.................
 
i was a good girl this morning, and had 1 scoop of vanilla protein whey, 1/2 scoop of vanilla calcium casein and 2 scoops of oats ... with 3 ice cubes... in a blender.

but i didn't eat the blender. just the shake :)
 
60 grams isolate
cup of oats
1/2 cup mixed berries
vites
3 fisol caps
 
oatmeal with grape nuts trail mix crunch
Plain yogurt thrown in after cooking once it has cooled, 1 scoop whey
Canned chicken w/lowfat mayo
and some supplements
 
especially for those that are dieting, get some canned pumpkin, a little splenda and cinnamon with a scoop of vanilla protein, absoltely delicious and rather volumous. the canned pumpkin will give you about one or two grams of carbs, the rest is fiber, its my new favorite tactic for adding variety to my taste buds, it can mix well with oatmeal, ezekial cereal, etc...

Canned Pumpkin. I've heard this is really good. Sort of close to sweet potato isn't it as far as nutritional content? That's a fairly low GI food I believe.
 
6 whole eggs and a bowl of rice. Black coffee. LBA's.
 
4 whole eggs, 3 turkey sausage Links, 1 slice of low carb oat/flax bread with a tablespoon of powerbutter. half of cup low carb milk.

3 cla caps, 3 fish oil caps, 3 borage oil caps, antioxident caps, liver protectant caps, digestive enzymes and a eca cap.
 
My breakfast du jour has been:

1/2 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
2 packets instant oatmeal (raisin, date, and walnut flavor)

900 calories, 54g protein.
 
40g whey isolate
6 egg whites
1/4cup grits
3 strawberries
2 diet Mountain Dew(can't leave the house without it)

Breakfast of Champions. ( 1 slice of sausage pizza and 2 blueberry pop tarts )
Oh yes, big ol glass of non fat milk

God I suck...

SQL cluster took a crap...27 hours straight at work...daily diet food supply depleted..2 big bites w/cheese from 7-11 and a 32 oz diet coke. At least I feel guilty about it.
 
the usual......

2 cups cold apple juice........3 scoops whey.........1 cup quick oats.......3 ice cubes......blended until smooth........wife had 4 eggwhites and 1/2 cup oats w/ splenda.........son had 2 waffles 2 eggs over easy and 4 strips bacon....tell me who came out the winner in our house for breakfast!!!! peace and stay safe all.......ss.

its like sweet potato in that it has a low gi, only much lower, if u ate a whole can of it you might get 12 grams carbs total and about 16 grams of fiber, so 28 grams of carbs but only 12 useable ones and i eat 1/4 can at a time because it is very volumous
 
u also gotta make sure u get canned pumpkin, not canned pumpkin pie mix
