I am 29 now and not as worried about getting "huge" as I used to be. I matured slightly (stress slightly) and am looking to stay healthy. So what do you do to take care of your heart?
I am taking 6 grams/day fish oil
Polycosinal 40mg/day
psyllium fiber daily
Staying lower in bodyfat year round.
cardio 3-4x per week after workouts with HIIT.
