What does everyone like better igf-1 DES or igf-1 LR3

hey guys, i did igf before and i got pretty good results from it,but i waas only doin 3x a week,i started it the other day i will be doin everyday this time 100mcg bi lateral,i also mixed correct this time with 1 ml bac water,and .3white distilled vinegar,im also doin alot more aas and alot more hgh and ill be addin slin hear and there i dont really like how it makes me feel the slin,

If the slin isnt making you feel right, you most likely are doing things a bit off.

Post up your protocol in a separate thread and there are a ton of people who will help

Des works MUCN better for me. Stick with ERGO and the pumps ate insane at 50/50.

My best results came with lr3 at 100mcg bi laterally post workout. I did des twice...once with good results and the last time with poor results...maybe it was just the supplier though with bad des

I usually reserve it for my glamour muscle days. Don't know if you ever watch it's always sunny in philly so you might not get that. Bis and Tris.

I don't really train with a split. I do a leg exercise, and a push(horizontal or vertical) and a pull (horizontal or vertical). I don't feel right if I haven't done something with every part of my body and needed a minute to sit down so I don't throw up.

Usually squats, bench, bent over rows.

Then workout b is usually deadlifts, standing military shoulder press and pullups.

But lately I've been disappointed with how my "guns" appear because I don't spend a lot of focus time on them. So twice a week I've been doing bi's tri's calves and abs(another less awesome bodypart of mine). I super set the whole thing. So one set of each and then rinse and repeat.

I will usually put 100 in each bicep head and 100 in each tricep head.

The pump is definitely noticeable. But again, I'm also on 400mg tren E and 400mg test e 50mg of dbol and 5 ius of gh with gh releasing peptides morning and evening. I usually consume a bcaa/gatorade/glycerin/sea salt drink throughout the workout. That alone will contribute a great deal. If I decide to take a dose of cialis I am almost rigor mortis.

I have never been good about testing one particular thing. I get morish about this shit, and want to hit everything as hard as I can for four or eight weeks and then drop everything and run a 100mg cruise of test.

I have used Igf DES from every supplier. SRC was by far the strongest I've used. Ergo's is good, and it's cheap, but it didn't come close to the SRC. I don't mean any type of insult here. Just saying it like it is. But the SRC cost almost 4 times as much, so you get what you pay for I suppose.

Again, I do notice an increased pump. Fat loss? I'm not sure - when I'm on tren and gh, fat loss is just an inevitable conclusion regardless of how I could try to fuck it up with diet.

It seems that they no longer sponser here. There Sponser on dats forums now though i believe

What if you staggered the bodypart and dosed the des and lr3 in the muscle traine4d the day before=-)

I have been thinking about how i got the results i got with des and how you and beggar claim that it couldnt happen. I think i have the reason, still looking over my logs, but i believe its because i was working out 3 days a week and was always taking it in a muscle i had worked the previous workout.

My two cents

That would make alot more sence, as obviously its been working.
If the DES is clearing before the workouts over there may still be a mgf response. I didn't realize you werre dosing LR3 in the muscle trained the following day, I only wait 8 hrs post workout.
The only other concern is at 100mcgs spillover from LR3 going systematic, which is why I only dose prior to a day off.
Still waiting for mexis igf to start a 50 mcgs daily protacol for Feb.
