Disco, its all relative to lean muscle mass. I have also found that with the larger muscle groups, you need to inject in more spots to get the ful effect.
I usually reserve it for my glamour muscle days. Don't know if you ever watch it's always sunny in philly so you might not get that. Bis and Tris.
I don't really train with a split. I do a leg exercise, and a push(horizontal or vertical) and a pull (horizontal or vertical). I don't feel right if I haven't done something with every part of my body and needed a minute to sit down so I don't throw up.
Usually squats, bench, bent over rows.
Then workout b is usually deadlifts, standing military shoulder press and pullups.
But lately I've been disappointed with how my "guns" appear because I don't spend a lot of focus time on them. So twice a week I've been doing bi's tri's calves and abs(another less awesome bodypart of mine). I super set the whole thing. So one set of each and then rinse and repeat.
I will usually put 100 in each bicep head and 100 in each tricep head.
The pump is definitely noticeable. But again, I'm also on 400mg tren E and 400mg test e 50mg of dbol and 5 ius of gh with gh releasing peptides morning and evening. I usually consume a bcaa/gatorade/glycerin/sea salt drink throughout the workout. That alone will contribute a great deal. If I decide to take a dose of cialis I am almost rigor mortis.
I have never been good about testing one particular thing. I get morish about this shit, and want to hit everything as hard as I can for four or eight weeks and then drop everything and run a 100mg cruise of test.
I have used Igf DES from every supplier. SRC was by far the strongest I've used. Ergo's is good, and it's cheap, but it didn't come close to the SRC. I don't mean any type of insult here. Just saying it like it is. But the SRC cost almost 4 times as much, so you get what you pay for I suppose.
Again, I do notice an increased pump. Fat loss? I'm not sure - when I'm on tren and gh, fat loss is just an inevitable conclusion regardless of how I could try to fuck it up with diet.
