What does you day look like?

typical summer days...no job now and living off some small savings enjoying myself and my people

9am: wake up protein smoothie
9:15am: cuddle with gf and have sex
10:15am: get out of bed and make breakfast with gf
11:15am: coffee on porch with gf
12:30: lunch then she goes to work
1:30: train (lifting or swimming depending on day)
2:30: PWO shake and nap
4:00: simple meal alone and various odd jobs around GF's and parent's house/shopping
6:00: start preparing dinner
7:00: dinner with GF
8-10: hanging out, tv, reading, massages, sex
10: last meal protein/salad
10:30-12ish: hanging out then sleep

8pm workout
930 back to gfriends
engage in activities
sleep by 11pm

Now that's the life... though I've never been in a relationship where I can spend that much time with a girl peacefully.

My day changes shifts from day to day, some days I work extremely early, some days I start mid morning.

6:15am: Wake, Eat, check email
7:30am: Training at the Gym
9am: Eat, shower
11am: Start the work day
1pm: Take a break to Eat
3:30pm: Take a break to Eat
7pm: Leave work
7:30pm: Eat, spend time with the wife
9pm: Eat, watch a bit of tv with the wife
10pm: Go to sleep, eat only if truly hungry
 
5:45 wake up
6:30 workout out
7:45 leave for work
8:00-4:30 work
Get home and eat a quick and light meal or LBA's and then.........

5:30 practice or a game of whatever sport I'm coaching one of my boys in.
Believe it or not throughout the entire year there is a total of about 3 or 4 weeks where a sport is not going. We do baseball, football, and basketball.

8:30 home for dinner,tv, pay the bills, etc
10:30 bed

Rinse and repeat.
 
The daily grind...

6:30am - wake up, eat breakfast, newspaper (WSJ and local)
7:30 - head to work
4:30 - back home from work
4:30-5:30 - relax, possibly nap
5:30ish - typically eat around this time, sometimes not till 6 or 630, depending on how hungry I am
dinner - about 8:30 - go online to check PM, read various blogs, and continue research when I feel up to it.. currently a small project in applied mathematics/economic models, ie building markov chains/matrices with local unemployment data, blahblahblah... I think it's fairly interesting :eek:
8:30/9 - gym
10:30 or 11 - bed

And repeat...
 
6 am- wake up 30 min. LISS cardio
7am- eat
7:30am fix meals
845am go to work
11- eat
2-eat
5-eat
7-train
pwo-eat
9-11or 12- eat, relax, spend time with my fiancee and family
 
I am realizing a few things with all the repsonses to this thread. I think some of us tend to get carried away and dont think about what is more important in life. I have observed quite a few responses of eat, train, eat, work....Where is the time for the wife, kids, pets and enjoying something other than eating and working out?

I am guilty in this as well. I think this is something good that some of us should look back and read and think about our priorities.
 
3 days...

I have 3 days all different, night shift days, day shift days and days off.

Night shift:
6:30am- wake up help the my wife put get the little boy ready to go to grandmas with her on her way to work.
7am-3pm- eat meals 1-4, clean house, run errands, grocery shop, sometimes hit the gym, cook meals 5-7 for work.
4:40pm leave to work
6pm-630am-work and do it all over again.

Day shifts:
4am-wake up and eat
445am-head to work
6am-630pm- work
730pm- get home play with my son until its time to put him to bed. Hang with my wife and eat. If its my last day shift sometimes Ill go to the gym.
12am-sleep

Days off:
7am-wake up watch tv with my son
8am-feed the little man and eat myself....we share eggs and oatmeal in the mornings lol.
930-12-go for walk, go to the park, go to store, feed little man.
1pm-230 or 3pm- nap time for my boy so I will cook and clean and clean then try to get a short nap.
4pm- feed my boy wath cartoons
6pm- dinner time, play time
730-8pm bath and bed time for my son.
830pm-eat then go train
11pm-eat
1230am-eat again then sleep.

Good times I wouldnt change it for the world....well a vacation in Maui would be nice.

My schedule's pretty f'd up but it's been the ONLY way I've been able to stop gaining weight/fat:

Workdays:
12:00 AM Eat
12:45 - 2:00 AM Sleep
2:00 AM Eat
2:45-5:45 AM Sleep
5:45 AM Eat
6:15-7:45 AM Sleep
7:45 AM Wake up & go to work
1:30-2:30 PM Workout 1 (45 min light cardio)
2:30-5:00 PM Work
5:45-10:45 PM Workout 2 (45 min - 4 hrs., more cardio + weights if it's a lifting day)

Weekends:
12:00 AM Eat
12:45 - 2:00 AM Sleep
2:00 AM Eat
2:45-5:45 AM Sleep
5:45 AM Eat
6:15-*???? SLEEP!!! (*usually till 1-4 PM on Sat and 10-noon on Sun)
???? PM Wake up
???? PM Workout (Sat - 5-7 PM, Sun - 1-4 PM)
 
well... 2 more days til my annual vacation ends... it's been a month now, and this is my typical schedule :)

2 am- 6 am: sleep if there's nothing good on tv or the interwebs
4 pm: wake up because i need to piss
7 pm: hungry... so i go out and eat whatever i feel like
8 pm: go to "dewaniya", where the guys and i usually hang out and get a white chocolate mocha on the way there
10 pm: get the runs cuz of the milk in the mocha
midnight: hungry.... so i go to the store and get some chocolate or go to baskin robbins and get 2 large scoops of peanut butter and chocolate with hot fudge
11 pm-2 am: drink about 6-10 diet pepsi's while watching tv or on the interwebs then drive home to see if anything good is on tv or i should just go to sleep


needless to say, i look like total shit (as you noticed, no gym time) and my farts smell atrocious!!!:(

why are none of you guys listing your spank sessions?

and most of you are getting too little sleep
 
400-430 am wake up/ shower
500 am Eat meal 1 (whey/oats) computer time
530 am cardio (45-60 mins)
700 am work (meal 2 shake, with whey/ LBA's)
900 am break (meal 3 shake, same as above)
1100 am Lunch break (meal 4, chicken/ rice)
130 pm break (meal 5 shake, same as above)
330 pm get off work (go to the gym to train clients)
530 pm go home (meal 6 steak/ rice/ veges) Get next day meals ready, hang out with the wife/kids/ watch some TV, computer time)
800 pm Train (post workout shake, whey, BCAA's, gatorade)
930 pm Meal 7 (cottage cheese, or eggs)
1030 pm bed time, tv/ hang out with sarah- along with other things !!!:eek:
 
and most of you are getting too little sleep
well, if you have any suggestions, i'm all ears...

[...considering that melatonin (30+ mgs), ambien, valium, and/or trazodone, among other things, have been flat out useless]
