I see alot of guys adding almonds and EVOO to their diet in shakes and meals to add fats , I was wondering what and why some guys use what they use.
I've seen some say that using nuts to much is a bad idea , other use peanut butter exclusivly , other only EVOO.
I know that their are differant fats and they serve differant purposes , I ws just looking for a bit more indepth disscussion on what everybody use and why
All this was brought on by a coworker that wants to try the Palumbo diet but doesn't like eggs , so was gonna use chicken and some sort of fat and asked if I thought coconut oil would be good?
