if its a 10/100 its a 10iu slin dart and the units of measure are 10iu=1ml/1cc
so if you want to do say igf you would go w/ the number 10 and that would be 100mcg get it each tick is 10mcg, and for hgh you want 5iu go to number 50, if you want 2.5iu go w/ number 2 and 2 1/2 ticks.
