Natural means as long as it’s produced in the body then you’re natural.
2 grams test, 10ius HGH, 40ius insulin. That’s natural!

Most drug-free bodybuilding organizations have 5 or 7-year "drug free" in their rules. So, apparently after 5 years you're automatically natural again

for me it is just eating food and thats it since anything else is something you cant get in food and you are taking it to help build or burn fat.
this is just my opinion, food and thats it.

You still look big and thick enough that I personally would question whether you were currently using something. It looks like you have small joints going by the size of your wrists.

It's a fair point. Probably not. I have always trained to some degree, some times more consistent some not so much, so I guess there's always been a base level of muscle development.
I certainly buy into muscle memory, it's easier to get it back assuming you once had it.
