What is the best kind of fish for a bodybuilder to eat?

I hate any fish that tastes like fish. All I can handle is mahi mahi. Anyone else know any good fish that tastes more steaky than fishy?

I'm guessing salmon because of the high omega 3 and protien. And I think Phil Hernon had a thread or post about limiting talapia, too much omega 6, not enough omega 3. But you may want to do a search for better information.

Phil is right, Tilapia is hish in omega 6 and arachodonic acid, not the best choice of fish

FourthGen:

A lot of the milder fish like mahi, are very "fishy". The Grouper family, Trout, Sea Bass, etc. Most of the less fatty fish are less "fishy". I think swordfish grilled with a simple lemon, olive oil, and herb topping, gives a diferent texture and is not too fishy. The "oily" fish, like Mackerel etc are going to be hard to tolerate.

Yah swordfish and shark I love, but I hear they are aweful for yah. Not sure on the truth behind that. How about wali? They are all over our lakes.

swordfish is THE worst fish due to the crazy high mercury lvls

Sea Bass is by far the most bang for my buck! Love it.

Swordfish steaks are #2 on my list.
