I always test my bf and the bf of my clients with the Parrilllo Performance bidy stat kit, is very easy and my friends in Miami, California, Argentina, Mexico and Venenzuela works with this method too
I now others methods like water or electronics but i think Parrillo Performance is the best and easy way to have your bf values to get in shape to a countest ( with some error but it works )
You can have differents values with the differents methods, you only have to work with the same method to get good results...
