What is wrong with my estrogen

The only thing im using that can aromatize is 500mg test cyp. Ive been on this for a while now. About 8months ago 12.5mg aromasin kept my estro at 26 range <40 so that was good. well I got bloodwork done about a month ago and was using 25mg ED of aromasin and my estro was still high at 49 so I switched research company brands and used the same dose and got tested again 2weeks later and im still at 49. This makes no sense. Currently im using 500mg test/500mg Primo and 400mg mastE. I would think 25mg aromasin would keep my estro really low but its still high. And this is 2 diff aromasins ive used. Not sure what to do? I dont want to switch to any other antiE b/c they kill your lipids.
