what method is this?? comp. diet

my show is a saturday

i will be taking aldactazide (50mg/50mg one) from the monday.

i cut my water on Thursday at midnight

Friday

1. 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal

2. 6 rice cakes covered in peanut butter and jam

3. 8oz cheese cake

4. normal meal

5. 2 eatmore bars

6. 2 large baby food fruit jars

7. normal meal

8. 8oz cheese cake
250ml of water for the day

3am
2 eatmore bars

Saturday

1. 4 whole eggs 1/2 plate hash browns

2. 2 eatmore bars

large apple pie filling b4 step on scale

what is your guys take on this method?

It's called crap and who told you to do it needs to be hit in the head with a lead pipe.

If your going to do that you might as well drink a 12 pk of budlight and eat a six pack of ding dongs extra filling.

I don't know if it is 'crap' but it certainly doesn't look very consistent. I would wonder what the logic or reason is behind it.

Seems abit extreme, but I can see what the person is trying to do, one thing I must say is there is no need to use aldacztide from Monday. One dose about 1 hour before they cut there water would to the job. Then use in 1/2 tabs when required. Myself I don't think I would take the Chance of using the above approach. It would be interesting to see the outcome though, its very unpredictable.

well here u go... i actually looked better for 4 weeks after the show eating like crap... then my 3.5yr off hiatus began..

oh, this is the nite b4, when i actually looked better (if u can imagine...really smooth next day...)
