Any source that doesn't have his ass protected enough to be taking your questions or your order shouldn't be sourcing.
Allways use a non usps post office box. You don't want usps mail box because the posytal inspectors office is there.
You want a mailbox with 24 hour access and a box big enough for your order.
The box puts an obstacle between you and law enforcement. Your pack can sit for weeks to cool if it has to. They aren't going to stake out the box for your personal order.
In the event of an east coast seizure there has been almost no follow through to local LE in many years. They don't have the time, the desire, or the resources.
Now if you are in a zipcode beginning with the number 5 or above then don't order international as everything goes through San Francisco and SF customs are anal as hell when it comes to gear. There may be follow up at the local level in response to a seizure even of clomid.
But again the mailbox at the rental shop buys you some insulation. They can get to your box, but if they move on the house you know not to take possesion!
However it is foolish to order from countries that are known gear suppliers like Thailand. It is foolish as I said to order international if your order goes through SF. It is only a matter of time until you get a seizure and probably sooner than later.
Western Union is fine under $1000 anywhere as they don't require ID. You can even use real information as you aren't ID verified and therefore you could retrieve your money in the event of a problem.
Keep it domestic if you go through SF.
