good old question - Well, their are many determinant factors that can be taken into consideration about when effects seem to be optimal. Factors that include - diet progression of diet as you continue your cycle. Vitamin, and mineral intake, genes, substance being used which also correlates with how well that substance does you. The old adage "what's good for one may not be good for the other." Some seem to do better than others when using different compounds. Experience with certain substances will give you the knowledge of what will give you the most gains. I have notice better gains when my diet has been on point - caloric intake may increase as I continue throughout my cycle - increasing by 300-500 calories per week. Using this protocol has given me better gains throughout than only for a certain number of weeks.
