Man, since I stopped doing powerlifting and started doing bodybuilding a few months back..I’ve been listening to shit like Zach Bryan and podcast that make me laugh when I workout..I need it to calm myself down..I get too amped for this concentration shit…

I haven’t found my flow state in bodybuilding at all

Considering the topic is TOP SET, and not just the entire workout playlist, I have 3 go-to's, which for me has to be kick-balls from jump, with no buildup. Hence:

Down with the sickness - Disturbed (Those drums puts me in a mindset of being a gladiator armed with sword & shield, ready to do battle, and typically my 1 go-to when it's PR time!)
