Whats best for puffy nips

Ok what you guys think is best to take if you have a bit of puffy water nipples

Like I look normal and have no pain I have never had problems with estro.yes I have ai but never use them.have nova and Adex script
I do alway have my estro super high when blasting but never pain.but if I flex you can see water puffy on them but not if I don't flex

What's best to get rid of it.I also have caber

What are you on that is causing this?

For me, Ralox is king for nipple puffiness.

Arimidex and Caber​

I would try one then the other for me it depends on whats the cause is witch works better

For me adex works better at controlling my estrogen, especially if I’m taking a nandrolone. My estradiol was 240ish a while back and a week of 1mg adex every day brought it down to around 40

Arimidex for me a long time ago when I had a small flare up. Used 1mg on the first day, then .5mg EOD for 9 days. I stopped after that and the issue was resolved.

Same here, but only when flexing. I’m not going to sweat it. It’s not worth the dry joints of adding an AI.

do they go 'normal' when you pinch them ?
theres a gland right under there that is first to fill with water when over a certain meant of bf%
are they normal under 6% bf?

20mg Nolvadex ed.

Raloxifene works too but it's slooooww and usually harder to source.

Once you are fine do bloods for E2 and decide if add Adex/Aromasin or not.

Same here, but only when flexing. I’m not going to sweat it. It’s not worth the dry joints of adding an AI.

50mg Ralox, 20mg Nolva, 200mg Apigenin all before bed. Its shrunk mine quite a bit.

started cycle at a little higher bf. currently cutting but my nipples look a little puffy. could i have just stored fat in my chest? should i not worry until the cut is over? currently running 1mg adex tuesday and thursday. started 20mg ed nolva yesterday. nips werea little sore. probably will wait till after cut and see how they look. all around nipple/ chest has same consistancy of fat areas.

Same here. Everyone is different, but the benefits of Mast, for me, are great. Aromasin helped years ago, but as JJ said it was hard on my joints.

yeah for me mast and primo both work better then adex.
i felt like at times using adex, letro or asin made it worse. at least it didnt solve it the way i wanted.
dropping test to 10mg ed helped too. took 2-3 weeks but water that doesnt usually come off did.
also tren and gh could make for puffy nips due to igf.
tren, peptides and gh all have puffed mine up a bit.
