Whats everyone's PWO drink??

What everyone PWO drink/meal?? Im gonna start using 40g malto and 40g whey pre workout, but what do you all take it postworkout. I need to take in 100g carbs, but there is no way im getting that all from dextrose. Whats a good blend? Thanks
 
why dont you just mix it with some fuit juice also.

Mine is usually 40mg whey and 80 dextrose with water. Juice sometimes added.

Ok, so malto is stil ok to use PWO. What about all malto PWO, or is it too slow.

i think it has the GI of glucose (so its a fast carb, what you want) but doesnt get stored as a fat as easily as other sugars (also a good thing).
 
I use 60g whey, 5g creatine, 5g glut, 2g vit c, tsp fibre and 100g of oats which gives 60 carbs. I find that this works very well without the usual energy slump usually accompanying a gluc/fruit load. Hope this helps.
 
I usually have a serving of whey in water and then either 2 packets of sugar oatmeal or 4-5 rice cakes. I take in a little less in my PWO shake but then eat a full meal about 30 minutes later or however long it takes me to drive hom, and shower.
 
2 cups of nonfat milk, 2 scoops of whey and 100 grams of oats
 
8-12 oz pure grape juice (depending on the workout intensity) mixed with 50g whey, 1 heaping teaspoon glutamine, 1 tablespoon creatine
 
50g whey, 25-50g malto, 2 packets instant flavored oatmeal, 4 flavored rice cakes.
 
1 Trio Big mac + Fries + 2 big mac with 2 ice thea drink
 
50g whey protein isolate, 50g dextrose, small bowl of cereal (40g carbs), 5g creatine, anti-oxidant vitamin, 2g B-5
 
1 cup skim milk, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 cup water (for texture)
 
3 scoops vitargo w Bcaa's and glutamine

I wish that was my PWO shake but vitargo is so damn expensive.

If I go with 50g malto I can't drink it as its too sweet.
 
You guys are adding oatmeal oats to your shake or cooking them? Never heard of eating that PWO. Aren't those carbs too slow? :confused:
