Happy holidays guys, with the time off I've had the weber fired up almost non stop and I'm really interested to see what you're grilling so I can get some fresh ideas. Here's what I've done so far.......

Ribeyes
Salmon
Burgers
Brats

and each of those about 5 times over...lol


Here's a killer burger recipe:

1lb ground beef
1 whole egg
Montreal Steak Seasoning(instead of salt, lots of salt in it anyhow)
Fresh black pepper
garlic and onion powder
wersticher(sp?) sauce
bread crumbs


Put it all in a bowl, mix it by hand.

If you like cheeseburgers, add a morsel of valvetta to the center of each patty. You'll never put cheese on top again.

Now gimme some ideas, I'm going to get some more propaine.
 
Every sunday (pending weather) I cook my lunch and snacks for the week...today I cooked 5 ribeyes, 5 bake potatoes and 3lbs of skinless chicken tenderloins, next week who knows. :)

Hey, even though it is warmer today outside, like 50's. It can be like 15 out and snowing. Either way I always fire up my grill every weekend. I always do steaks, NY strip, or Sirlion. "Think I spelled that wrong" Nothing better then grilling in the snow and a glass of wine in your hand and haveing the people nextstore look at you like your crazy. :headbang:

I can agree with everything you said but the glass of wine, an ice cold lite beer will do me just fine. lol :)
 
I cooked 12 pounds of chicken breast that will be eating throughout the week. I eat pretty boring on the weekdays.

Yesterday I made some Prime Rib, Lobster and crab legs on the grill.
 
I eat this shit for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.

grille: 20 each boneless, skinless chicken breasts every saturday.

stove: 6 quarts turkey chili every saturday (3 lbs jennie-o xtra lean turkey, 4 cans kidney beans, 1 big ass can of pinto beans) all low salt.

to change things around, I cut up some chicken and throw in the turkey chili...lol
 
Lately it's been Ribeyes, Flat Iron Steaks, and Pork Loins.

The other night I tried lobster tails with a little olive oil and they turned out great.

How'd you buy the lobster? fresh? frozen? Just olive oil or seasoning too?

I think I'd like to try that one.
