What's your take on the future of figure?

With the apparent demise of women's bodybuilding and many female competitors shrinking down to make the switch over to figure, does anyone else agree that the future women of figure will be more of a hybrid between the current petite-like competitors and the larger bodybuilders?

If women's bb'ing goes away as you predict, the ones that have gone "overboard" will have to enter something and it probably won't be figure.
