oh ok
well I guess you won't really need to be training legs much since you'll be in board shorts right?
get it?
Liothyronine is both anabolic and catabolic. Some people take way too much.
You'd be surprised what 12.5mcg twice per day or 5mcgs 3-4 times per day of liothyronine will do. Those for the most part are physiological doses. For some, the aforementioned mentioned doses may suppress one's TSH. If so, titrate dose appropriately.
I think you look great. I also dont have a huge problem with your approximation of your own body fat. Maybe a little higher but not a whole lot. I can see you do have abs. Everyone is forgetting that this guy is not dried out and completely untanned in those pics. I bet if he came back dry and tanned not as many ppl would object. I've got you around 12.5% bf myself.
Regardless man looking good and keep up the good work :headbang:
Good shape for a taller guy but that is far than 10%....you conditioning is basically where i'm at when i finished my offseason lol
Refeeds have other benefits outside of thyroid.Thyroid is already working though synthetic thyroid hormone so when say a 225 pound classic physique competitor at ten percent body fat has dropped carbs to 100 a day for a week and 50 grams fat, and doing 2-3 hours of cardio a day, would doing a refeed be beneficial for fatloss, once every ten days give or take?
I ask because from what I understand the whole reason behind a higher carb meal is to speed up thyroid if it slows down from hard dieting and cardio, and if a bodybuilder is already on t3, why would they need to speed up thyroid , since its already speed up from t3?
I think your doing way way too much cardio man. Your thyroid should be in over drive doing that much cardio and on 100 carbs a day. I bet if you started raising your food and lowering your cardio to 45 minutes to an hour you would start tightening up more. You could always get blood work done and see what your thyroid levels are. I don't think t4 is beneficial unless using gh bc gh lowers natural t4 but enhances conversion of t4 to t3. If your not using gh then your body has enough t4 to convert so need to add to it. I don't see anything wrong with taking t3 right now at 12.5 mcg to 25 mcg. Nothing more. Try running Clen with it. Hope this helped
