Glutathione…. Is it necessary and how much is needed?

Alright ladies and germs I just jumped on the glutathione train, after I’ve heard Palumbo rant and rave over the stuff, and it makes sense with the amount of god knows what running through my system most of the time, long story short what’s the recommended daily dosage some of you guys may take or advise and is it a game changer? ✌️💪👍
 
I bought a bottle like 8 years ago,😆 and I only use it when i feel like I'm getting sick, if i feel terrible i will take 300mgs on that night and by the morning i feel ok, i don't use it every day, so i can't comment on that
 
I would only use post cycle from orals or tren if you have elevated blood markers to help clean things up. Or if you’re close to a show and need an extra push and want to keep the immune system up. 200mg daily or EOD is ideal and plenty.
 
Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback, Reading up on it makes sense to take and yields lots of benefits I think I’ll try 100mg daily or eod

Antioxidants in general are tricky in my mind, hard to know when they are warranted. Sometimes the effect ends up being the opposite of what you want. Maybe Type-IIX could write on the subject, if it's in his interest?
 
I would “toggle” it…as DatBtrue would always say. Hehe.

Antioxidants, like many things can be a double edged sword. I’d either run like a moderate dose 3-5 days in a row, then like a week off, or like 3x a week high dose. Something like 400mgx 5 days straight or 600mg MWF.

IV gluthione dosages can get really high in the literature. I’d high dose liposomal vit C those days also. Like 1g 3x a day. Really knock down systemic inflammation. But your gonna blunt the fuck out of adaptive response to stressors, so like off days would be a good choice.

for years no one was interested in it. now the only good version is gone and everyone wants it.
iv i think is not such a good idea. sq is lumpy.
glut is a sup i miss, i wish there was a decent version around. ive made it but just glut into water gives you a ph thats too low so it hurts and i feel it may do tissue damage in the long run.

i have run more and stronger antiox then pretty much anyone ive found. i never noticed any damage or issues from it.
glut and mn sod are what i would stay on always if they were around. along with res and curc.
 
In a fix
I get glut and coconut mix shake it take it . crude but cheap and it works lol
 
I'm my opinon the best route is the GlyNac route. That is combining NAC and Glycine. Studies show that the combination of these two precursors allow the cell to make the Glutathione to the right levels without putting too much into the system.

There is a lot of data on this out on the internet from life extentionists. Some oxitive stress is necessary for healthy cell life cycle. Just eliminating oxitive stress altogether I don't think is that healthy.
