outta nowhere i grave sweets! what the hell is going on, its not really throwing off my physique, im guessing ive been on such a plain reg diet for soo long with a bunch of complex carbs my body cravess sugar.
 
You guess right, youre having cravings, when a body is starved of a particular type of food it subconsciously craves it.

I'm cutting for a comp at the mo and I'm getting the same thing, mainly for shit like cream cakes and big macs, which I never eat anyway.

If you're dieting then just suck it up and eat some more protein. If you're not then fill your boots and pig out :)

well ya know what im gonna do im gonna start eating fruit whenever a sugar craving comes along since all i mianly eat is veggies and grains, so i strongly believe that will fix the problem.
 
Whenever I have cravings for something, it is usually something that I have not had for like 2 years....very weird cravings sometimes! But, I usually just have something outside my menu to help my odd cravings subside!

yeah, have some of that wonderful tasting chalky whey protein, it is so much better than some chocolate cake with ice cream, or a brownie sundae, or some kind of dohnut from krispy kreme or the local dunkin dohnuts....lol, dieting does suck after a while. hang in there
 
not sure what your diet looks like but diet drinks and artificial sweetners tend to make you crave sweets.
 
Since I lost all the weight and eat clean 85% of the time, I get the most intense sugar cravings: candy, chocalate, cake, etc.
It is almost uncontrollable. My kids hate because I can't keep anything sweet at the house.
